HTS Group Ltd was established in 2000 after a management buyout of the service and maintenance business of Harding Electronic Systems Ltd, formerly known as Harding Signals.
HTS Group Ltd operates in New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and has a wholly owned subsidiary, HTS Australia Pty Ltd servicing the Australian market. The Sports Timing Business trades as Australasia Sports Timing (http://www.sportstiming.com.au/)
